Cancellation and Return Policy

All distributors should understand that this is strictly a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. This means we can exchange returned products with other products of equivalent Business Value (BV) and resend them to the respective distributor.

If the company determines that suspending or terminating distributorship is necessary to restore normalcy, it will notify the distributor in writing via email and inform their sponsor.

The company reserves the right to take further actions against the terminated distributor, including seeking compensation, recovering damages, and covering legal costs if applicable.

The company retains the right to amend or modify any part of these procedures as deemed necessary by management.

DOESN’T MEAN THAT THE COMPANY WILL RETURN THE MONEY. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE VALUE OF ANY PURCHASED GOODS WOULD ALREADY BE CALCULATED AND THE COMMISSION(S) WOULD ALREADY BE DISTRIBUTED WITHIN THE WEEK.

ONLY GOODS OF THE SAME BUSINESS VALUE (BV) CAN BE EXCHANGED.

This policy would be valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.

WITHIN INDIA:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product's expiration date must be at least 3 months.
• The product(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
• Labels should be untorn and clean.
• Seals must not be broken or damaged.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not request an exchange without providing the invoice.
• The distributor must bear any applicable courier charges in advance, or the exchange cannot be processed.
• Only regularly sold items may be exchanged. Items purchased during a sale, offer, discount, or promotional period are not eligible for exchange.
• The distributor is responsible for covering the courier charges to and from the company.

OUTSIDE INDIA:
NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND. ALL GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED ARE NON-REPLACEABLE.
