The company provides guidance and advice for addressing situations involving breaches of its policies and rules. The company will take appropriate action against any distributor(s) involved in such cases. The following procedures must be followed in the event of a violation:
Immediately report any violation of company policies, rules, or regulations by lodging a complaint via email, including details of the alleged violation.
Inform your sponsor about the complaint.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the company will promptly investigate and take necessary action according to its rules, regulations, and ethical standards.
If the information provided is insufficient, the company may request additional details from either party involved.
If the company determines that suspending or terminating distributorship is necessary to restore normalcy, it will notify the distributor in writing via email and inform their sponsor.
The company reserves the right to take further actions against the terminated distributor, including seeking compensation, recovering damages, and covering legal costs if applicable.
The company retains the right to amend or modify any part of these procedures as deemed necessary by management.
